General Terms and Conditions
Article 1: Definitions
- WALK2SHOW: the provider of mobile billboard services and other related marketing services.
- Customer: the natural or legal person who enters into a contract with WALK2SHOW for the provision of services.
Article 2: Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, contracts and deliveries of services or goods by or on behalf of WALK2SHOW.
- Deviation from these conditions is only possible if this has been explicitly agreed in writing.
Article 3: Offers and Quotations
- All offers from WALK2SHOW are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation. If no period is stated, the quotation is valid until two weeks after the date on which the quotation was issued.
Article 4: Prices and Payment
- Prices are exclusive of VAT and other government levies.
- Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, in the manner specified by WALK2SHOW and in the currency in which the invoice was issued.
Article 5: Execution of the Services
- WALK2SHOW will make every effort to provide the services with care, in accordance with the agreements and procedures laid down in the contract.
- If and to the extent that proper performance of the service requires this, WALK2SHOW has the right to have certain work carried out by third parties.
Article 6: Changes and Additional Work
- If WALK2SHOW has performed work or other services at the request of or with the consent of the customer that fall outside the content or scope of the agreed services, such work or services will be reimbursed by the customer at WALK2SHOW's usual rates.
Article 7: Complaints and Deadlines
- Complaints about the work performed must be reported in writing to WALK2SHOW by the customer within 8 days of discovery, but no later than 14 days after completion of the work in question.
Article 8: Liability
- In the event of attributable failure to perform the contract, WALK2SHOW shall only be liable for compensatory damages, i.e. compensation for the value of the performance that has not been performed. Any liability of WALK2SHOW for any other form of damage is excluded.
Article 9: Force Majeure
- In the event of force majeure, WALK2SHOW is not obliged to compensate the customer for any damage incurred as a result.
